The Tipton Group is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance needs in Plano and Arlington, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained apartment community.

You will troubleshoot repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance, while guiding the maintenance team and coordinating with the Community Manager. On-call rotation after hours is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Must provide and use your own basic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance needs efficiently.
• Professional and courteous communication with residents and coworkers.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, including trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Identify maintenance concerns and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to support property needs.
