Job summary

Performance Food Group’s maintenance team seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment in our warehouse operations. You will coordinate maintenance activities, ensure safety standards, and help keep the flow of product uninterrupted.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse maintenance, a High School Diploma or GED, and relevant certifications (OSHA forklift, HVAC, ammonia refrigerant).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years experience in maintenance related to warehouse and/or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety, procedures, and quality in maintenance operations.
• Coordinate maintenance work for the immediate area and assist trainee training.
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install refrigeration systems, HVAC and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and installations on various equipment.
• Maintain and modify facilities and grounds per schedule and in emergencies.
• Keep the maintenance area clean and secure all equipment at shift end.
