Performance Food Group in Elizabeth, New Jersey, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of refrigeration, HVAC systems and related equipment, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining smooth production flow.
The role includes coordinating maintenance work, training trainees, and supervising staff, with emphasis on compliance, efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
Supervises the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus, basic maintenance, repairs and installations tools and equipment, as well as maintain, replace, build, adjust and modify the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
