Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths is seeking a Maintenance & Pool Technician to work with the Maintenance Manager to uphold the center's condition and plan maintenance. You will oversee pool maintenance, troubleshoot plumbing, and support stock control in a dynamic spa environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in maintenance, knowledge of HVAC and water treatment, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a maintenance role is preferred.
• Knowledge of facility operation including basic maintenance, electricity, HVAC, water treatment, and boilers.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Comfortable with noise, humidity, fumes, chemicals and electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed maintenance of 8 pools, including chemical levels, temperatures, cleanliness, and function.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues in the facility.
• Support the team to comply with the Annual Maintenance Plan.
• Assist in keeping stock and supplies organized and control stock levels.
• Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager about the facility's state.
• Perform general maintenance duties as needed and follow policies.
• Learn and maintain the company's operations policies and systems.
• Submit daily checklists and reports for revision.
