Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a luxury hotel in Los Angeles to hire a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the property's engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.

You'll lead day-to-day maintenance across the property, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with hotel teams to minimize guest disruption, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs.
