Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and mentor techs and community care staff.
• Oversee maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Coordinate make-ready and turnover processes to lease units on time.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships within budget.
