Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a skilled maintenance team at our Watertown, Wisconsin facility. You’ll plan daily work, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate capital projects to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You’ll collaborate with other departments, work with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including food safety practices. A strong leader with PLC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Industrial electrical knowledge and NEC/NFPA familiarity.
• Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
• Clear communication with team, vendors, and leadership.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and following procedures.
• Willingness to work on-site in Watertown, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a skilled maintenance team.
• Plan and prioritize daily work to keep production running efficiently.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Manage repair schedules, equipment upgrades, and capital projects.
• Coordinate building and grounds maintenance across the site.
• Partner with other departments to improve processes and productivity.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and inspectors to stay compliant.
• Ensure the highest safety, food safety, and quality standards.
