Job summary
Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead high‑performance teams responsible for installation, operation and repair of production machinery.
The role emphasizes quality, cost control and internal customer service across 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience, or 7 years in industrial maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus 3 years in industrial manufacturing or, alternatively, 7 years of industrial maintenance with increasing responsibility.
- Supervisory, communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Computer and PLC skills (Allen Bradley preferred).
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops high-performance teams for installation, operation and repair of production machinery.
- Manages quality performance, cost parameters and internal customer service.
- Supports 2nd and 3rd shift operations, schedules, overtime and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversees planning, design, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment and processes.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to improve processes and engagement.
