Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead hourly workers in the Cheese and Drying departments.

You will collaborate with plant and corporate management to ensure high-quality finished products within scheduled timelines, prioritizing safety and efficiency. As a leader, you will train and develop staff, gather input for performance reviews, and coach employees to reach their potential.

Qualifications

• High school/GED + 2+ years shift supervision experience, preferably in food processing.
• GMPs, HAACP, sanitation, and quality assurance experience.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills across levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to hourly employees in Cheese and Drying departments.
• Coach and mentor employees; support performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Production Leads, Trainers and management for safe, efficient production.
• Plan and establish schedules to meet customer requirements and business goals.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and drive continuous improvement.
