Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead high‑performance teams responsible for installation, operation and repair of production machinery.
The role emphasizes quality, cost control and internal customer service across 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience, or 7 years in industrial maintenance.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and developing high performance work teams that specialize in the installation, operation and repair of machinery used in production. Also, responsible for managing quality performance, cost parameters, and customer service for internal customers. This role supports and works between 2nd and 3rd shift.
Monday - Friday typically 8PM-5AM
(This role may require weekends, holidays & off shift hours)
Salary Range: $81,200 - $121,800. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
