Job summary

Linara Apartment Homes is now hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in San Antonio, TX to oversee maintenance requests and supervise a small team.

You will handle A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs; ensure market-ready turnover of apartments; and coordinate grounds upkeep while delivering outstanding resident service.

EPA HVAC certification required; previous apartment maintenance and leadership experience preferred; reliable transportation a must.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
