Job summary

Revised Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a dependable candidate with strong leadership skills and HVAC certification.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance operations, performing HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance, completing work orders, troubleshooting plumbing/electrical/appliance issues, coordinating make-readies and inspections, assisting with emergency

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have your own basic tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
