Omega Plastics Inc. in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Maintenance Lead to drive equipment reliability in a fast-paced plastic injection molding operation.

You will lead daily maintenance, coordinate PM with Production, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, manage spare parts inventory, and work with Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Engineering to minimize downtime.

Formación

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a plastic injection manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support daily maintenance activities for production equipment, facility systems, and grounds
• Coordinate preventative maintenance activities with Production Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair injection molding equipment, auxiliary equipment, and facility infrastructure
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for critical spare parts and maintenance consumables
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency
• Assist with sourcing vendors and managing onsite contractors as needed
• Utilize purchasing and PO systems for parts, service work, and contractor support
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company safety standards and ISO 13485 procedures
• Partner cross‑functionally with all departments to respond quickly to maintenance needs and production priorities
