Job summary

Wolverine Staffing seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across Saline and Warren facilities. You will lead maintenance staff, optimize preventive programs, and work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to maximize uptime of injection molding machines and related systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise in plastics, hydraulics/pneumatics, and robotics, with a focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical training required.
• 4–8 years hands-on maintenance experience in machine repair.
• 1–3 years leading a maintenance team.
• Experience with plastic injection molding equipment and automation.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics in molding environments.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across Saline and Warren facilities.
• Supervise maintenance staff and plan workload.
• Ensure PM program and scheduling using IQMS (DelmiaWorks).
• Monitor uptime and drive continuous improvement KPIs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and repairs of equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering.
