Job summary
Resource Renew, the brand of Western Lake Superior Sanitary District, seeks a Full-Time Lead Maintenance Electrician to champion optimization of electrical, mechanical and instrumentation systems while mentoring a team of technicians. This role provides hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to safe work practices to support reliable plant operations.
You will apply knowledge of PLCs, Allen-Bradley systems and industrial electrical practices to drive reliability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program in electrical maintenance or related field and five years' experience in wastewater or similar industrial facility.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Champion optimization of electrical, mechanical and instrumentation systems.
- Mentor a team of skilled technicians and provide hands-on technical leadership.
- Support reliable plant operations with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Respond to and manage electrical/mechanical issues with a proactive approach.
