Job summary

Progressive Recovery, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Electrician – Electrical Maintenance Lead to head facility electrical maintenance, serve as the plant's electrical expert, and ensure safe, reliable plant operation.

You will lead a team of 5–6 electricians, oversee installation, maintenance and repair of 480V systems, and drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime. The role requires deep experience with electrical schematics, control wiring, and fault diagnosis, plus leadership to

Qualifications

7–10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience with 480-volt three-phase electrical systems and power distribution.
Strong background troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, motor controls, VFDs, transformers, and production equipment.
Experience leading or mentoring maintenance electricians or technical personnel preferred.
PLC troubleshooting experience is beneficial but not required as primary responsibility.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 5–6 maintenance electricians and technicians with daily direction and feedback.
Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of 480V three-phase systems and related equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and one-line drawings.
Coordinate electrical repairs, upgrades, and capital projects with Operations and Engineering.
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and safety policies.
