Qualifications
- 5+ years in industrial electronics maintenance, automation, or controls.
- Experience troubleshooting electronics or control systems in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring of others.
- Ability to prioritize work and allocate resources in a live production environment.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration with Production and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of four electronics technicians.
- Set priorities and workloads across breakdowns, preventive maintenance, backlog, and planned work.
- Partner with Operations to communicate priorities and support production needs.
- Provide technical guidance during troubleshooting and ensure effective practices.
- Drive PM completion and reliability improvements across the shift.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
