Clemens Food Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to perform intermediate-level mechanical maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment in Hatfield Township, Pennsylvania. This role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision on routine repairs, with a solid understanding of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting.

You will install and maintain conveyor systems, diagnose failures, perform basic welding and fabrication,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and hydraulic schematics.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems.
• Repair chain drives, tensioners, and lubrication systems.
• Inspect and replace worn mechanical components.
• Fabricate and weld parts as needed.
• Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic systems installation.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Troubleshoot failures using root-cause analysis.
• Read mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and restore operations.
• Mentor Maintenance Mechanic I as needed.
