Job Description

• Handle overall maintenance of property, repairs, and make readies
• Handle parts and ordering while watching expenses for budget purposes
• Maintain the pool and equipment and have pool certification
• Schedule vendors as needed
• Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
  
  

Qualifications

• HVAC / EPA certification (Required)
• Working knowledge and strength in HVAC Systems, Electrical, and Plumbing (Required)
• Minimum two (2) years on-site experience as a Lead Maintenance or Assistant Lead
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must clear screening and have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to take after hours calls.
