About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing rack manufacturing facility. To support our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Head of Maintenance to lead our maintenance department.

Position Summary:
The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenanceof all facility infrastructure and factory equipment. This leadership role involves planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all factory equipment and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with operations and production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.

• Continuously improve maintenance processes to increase equipment uptime and lifespan.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively across departments.

• Relevant technical education or certification; engineering degree .
