Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a 286-unit community. You will manage repairs for vacant and occupied units, work within the maintenance budget, and ensure resident satisfaction through timely service.

The role requires at least three years of on-site property maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certification. Weekend work and bilingual abilities are a plus; CAMT certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

Rate: $34.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 286-unit apartment community in NorthDallas! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally. If you have successful experience in apartment maintenance with demonstrated skills in leadership, maintenance, and customer service, this is a great opportunity!

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
