Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to lead mainframe modernization delivery architecture and guide technical solutions for customer digital transformation. You will manage design, implementation, and pilots, while steering teams and presenting complex concepts to stakeholders.

Expect hands-on leadership in architecture, resource planning, and coordination with PMs. Strong communication, 5-7 years of experience, and deep knowledge of IBM COBOL/PLI, CICS/IMS/JCL,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant technical experience.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers (75%).
• Lead design and implementation of technical solutions for projects.
• Create proofs of concept, pilots, and value analyses.
• Present technical concepts to customers and teams.
