Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in mainframe network engineering with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of TLS protocols (TLS 1.3) and AT-TLS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of mainframe network engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of mainframe network infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for mainframe networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support modernization initiatives.
• Document and enforce best practices, standards, and compliance.
