Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires National Certification, PTCB CphT.
• 4 - 6 years of related experience.
• Must have an active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; prior supervisory experience (2+ years) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees processing and dispensing of prescriptions for mail-order; supports pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensures compliance with DEA, CMS, federal/state regulations, and company policies.
• Directs day-to-day operations; escalates complex issues and coordinates with management.
• Holds team accountable for following procedures and maintains consistent execution across the group.
