Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is seeking a Supervisor, Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician to lead a team of support and technical associates in our mail operations. You will schedule, plan and oversee daily operations while upholding policies and quality metrics.

Ideal candidates have a current state-registered Certified Pharmacy Technician license (AZ, FL, OH or TX), 2+ years of mail operations experience and 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician in your current state of residence (AZ, FL, OH & TX).
• 2+ years of related experience as a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician.
• 1-2+ years experience in team leadership or supervisory position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of support and technical associates.
• Coordinate and provide daily oversight to associates.
• Ensure consistency in execution across team.
• Hold team members accountable for policies and quality metrics.
• Perform escalated or more complex similar work.
