Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Supervisor for Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution in West Chester, OH. This role leads the inventory and pharmacy technician team, supports pharmacists, and ensures efficient distribution of prescription orders.

The position requires an Ohio-licensed pharmacy technician with national certification and leadership experience. Schedule is 5:30 pm–2:00 am Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in Ohio.
• National Certification (PTCB or CPhT).
• Experience as a team lead or with leadership duties.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn internal computer-based processing systems (Elite Inventory Management, E-Post, QMSI).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inventory clerks and pharmacy technicians.
• Resolve problems related to department processes and distribution.
• Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and dispensing.
• Enter prescription orders into the pharmacy system and coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and coordinate staff across departments.
• Maintain accountability for staffing and policy execution.
