Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years rigging or machinery installation experience.
• 2+ years leading a crew or foreman in rigging or machinery installation.
• Able to read simple drawings and lift plans.
• Willing to travel, overtime, and weekends when needed.
• Requires successful background, MVR and drug screening.
• Must currently hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on machinery-moving, rigging, and installation jobs.
• Work hands-on with forklifts, cranes, skates, jacks, and rigging gear.
• Plan lifts, give direction, and make sure work is done safely.
• Load, move, set, and align machines and equipment.
• Read and follow lift plans, drawings, and layouts.
• Fill out basic job paperwork and talk with customers as needed.
• Travel to different job sites when required.
