Qualifications

• 1–3 years rigging, machinery moving, or machinery installation experience.
• 2+ years leading a crew or foreman experience in rigging/machinery moving/installation.
• Able to read simple drawings and lift plans.
• Willing to travel, work overtime, and weekends when needed.
• Requires successful background, MVR and drug screening; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on machinery-moving, rigging and installation jobs.
• Work hands-on with forklifts, cranes, skates, jacks, and rigging gear.
• Plan lifts, provide direction, and ensure work is performed safely.
• Load, move, set, and align machines and equipment.
• Read and follow lift plans, drawings and layouts.
• Complete basic job paperwork and communicate with customers as needed.
• Travel to different job sites when required.
