Job summary

Race Rock Group is seeking a Machine Operator Leadman to supervise the machine area and direct workers, ensuring clear instructions and safety compliance.

The role reports to the production supervisor, supports the daily and weekly production schedule, and is responsible for maintaining quality, recording timekeeping, and addressing issues promptly while working across all shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year machine operation experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Able to follow safety regulations and work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise workers, ensuring proper instruction.
• Follow plant safety regulations and prioritize safety.
• Support the production schedule as directed by supervisor.
• Verify quality of work and completion of operations.
• Maintain timekeeping and vacation records.
• Address quality issues and interpersonal concerns promptly.
• Train workers for their specific roles.
