Job summary

Rock Entertainment Group seeks a Press Operator (Operator III) to supervise hourly staff and ensure high-quality output at minimum cost. The role requires operating converting lines, adhering to SOPs, and training others.

The operator analyzes issues and implements improvements while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. The position is full-time, with shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotation, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive responsibility and/or related experience.
• Ability to operate all types of converting line and finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews in the efficient operation of production equipment.
• Ensure job tickets have all required information and materials.
• Maintain quality, waste, and productivity standards within SOPs.
• Train other employees when requested.
