Job summary

All Jobs bv seeks an experienced manufacturing operator to set up and operate machinery with minimal supervision. You will inspect material quality, maintain accurate paperwork, and lead the manufacturing area by example in attitude, work quality, and dependability.

The role requires reading drawings, using measuring devices, and maintaining 5S in a fast-paced environment. English communication and attendance are essential, with background checks for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is required to set up and run machines accurately.
• Experience using measuring devices (rulers, calipers, gauges) to collect data.
• Must communicate in English (read, write, understand).
• Ability to work as a team and lead by example in work quality and dependability.
• Able to read and interpret assembly drawings and build products accordingly.
• Proven leadership to guide the manufacturing area with strong attendance and loyalty.
• Crucial to pass Operator Assessment test, FORM 2660; background check if night shifts.
• Maintain 5S and safety while coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, clean and maintain various machines.
• Verify job processes and drawings before production runs.
• Set up machines per drawings within defined setup times.
• Inspect material quality and work in process for print quality and debris.
• Troubleshoot machine issues including tension, pressure, and settings.
• Process and file paperwork related to completed work.
