Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Accountant, M&A Accounting in Washington, DC to drive complex financial integrations and support acquisition activity. You will partner with a dedicated M&A accounting team to centralize responsibilities and ensure accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in accounting or consulting, strong IFRS knowledge, and a CPA and/or MBA. This role reports to the Director, M&A Accounting and involves cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience at lead/manager level or in consulting roles.
• Experience in M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.
• Strong ERP experience and ability to integrate acquired processes into systems.
• Familiarity with IFRS and cross-functional collaboration across corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and partner with M&A accountants in centralizing and executing related activities.
• Lead pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
• Lead Day One post-acquisition readiness, including onboarding and integration planning.
• Coordinate and deliver closing statements, balance sheets, and crosswalks with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new accounting teams and ongoing integration of processes.
