Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Lead Accountant, M&A Accounting to support rapid integration of acquisitions. You will coordinate accounting for target acquisitions, lead Day One readiness, and work with cross-functional teams across Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, and Accounting.

The role requires 5–7 years in accounting with M&A exposure, CPA and/or MBA preferred, and US-person certification due to export-controlled information access.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience at lead/manager level or in consulting, with M&A exposure.
• Experience supporting M&A accounting, due diligence, or business integrations.
• Strong technical background in integrating acquired processes into ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with the M&A accounting team to centralize all M&A-related activities.
• Lead pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
• Coordinate Day One post-acquisition onboarding, integration planning, and documentation.
