Job summary

Beachwood Post Acute & Rehab is seeking a thoughtful nurse supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day nursing activities for residents in a long‑term care setting. You will direct nursing assistants, ensure policy adherence, and support quality care through effective charting and documentation.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, nursing degree, and CPR certification, with leadership experience in a licensed facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree and an active, unencumbered nursing license (LPN/LVN).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants in a long‑term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain Daily Census Report and submit to Business Office as required.
• Review and authorize discharge plans, and participate in care planning.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
