Job summary

Ocean Ridge Post Acute Alamitos Ridge Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for full-time, on-site nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate documentation across shifts.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
Review and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.
Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and reporting as required by facility procedures.
