Job summary

Costa Del Sol Healthcare East Los Angeles Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) supervisor to oversee nursing assistants and direct daily resident care in our long-term care facility. Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and/or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and supervise CNAs in a long-term care setting.
• Strong documentation, regulatory knowledge, and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Review and update care plans, and ensure nursing procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation for residents.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
