Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Engineering Supervisor for our luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property in Houston. The role leads the Engineering team, prioritizes work orders, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures safety, efficiency, and adherence to hotel standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive hotel or commercial building engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and prior supervisory or leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in hotel or commercial building environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for daily operations of the Engineering department.
• Prioritize work orders and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Inspect property and equipment; ensure repairs are safe, efficient, and meet hotel standards.
• Lead training, coaching, scheduling, and assignment of work; monitor productivity.
• Oversee inventories of parts and equipment; ensure compliance with safety procedures and codes.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs when necessary.
