Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group seeks a Senior Engineering Supervisor for a Curio Collection by Hilton property in Houston. You will lead the engineering team, prioritize work orders, and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep luxury facilities operational and safe.

Ideal candidates have hotel or commercial building engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and prior supervisory responsibilities. On-site leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or commercial building engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate with outside vendors and manage maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering team, prioritizing work orders and coordinating preventive maintenance.
• Conduct property and equipment inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Oversee repairs with contractors when necessary and monitor performance.
• Train, coach, schedule and assign work, and manage inventories and compliance.
