Naples Beach Club, Four Seasons Resort, Naples, FL is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to oversee all exterior maintenance and landscaping operations. You will lead a team, coordinate workflows, and ensure maintenance standards across lawns, gardens, and irrigation systems.

The role requires 4+ years in landscaping with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and English fluency. A commitment to safety and environmental sustainability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in landscaping, horticulture or groundskeeping with supervisory duties.
• Technical knowledge of irrigation, plant health care, pruning, pest control, and equipment operation.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscaping operations: mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, weeding and fertilizing.
• Supervise maintenance of grounds equipment including mowers, irrigation systems and vehicles.
• Respond to service requests and manage workload, supplies, and landscape projects.
• Install or relocate plants, irrigation lines, and exterior fixtures as needed.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain tool logs and inventories.
• Support sustainability initiatives like water conservation and soil health.
• Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness of storage areas and workspaces.
• Attend required meetings and coordinate with teams and vendors.
