Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to join Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, and maintain and enhance the resort’s grounds and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to mow specified turf areas.
• Water and fertilize turf areas and planting beds.
• Grade, prepare, and plant soil beds, lay sod, and plant vegetative material.
• Assist in cultivation practices for all turf areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and renovation tasks.
• Execute a variety of labor duties including stinger trimming, edging, pruning, top‑dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks.
• Support irrigation maintenance duties such as head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks.
• Operate mechanical loaders to move soil, debris, and other materials.
• Assist the mechanic with lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment.
• Participate as support staff on any special projects.
• Report all abnormalities on resort landscaping such as damage, disease, insects, and debris.
• Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
• Assist in all housekeeping duties of the maintenance facility.
