Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Landscaper for Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will maintain turf and planting beds, operate equipment, and assist on irrigation and maintenance tasks to keep the resort grounds pristine.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, teamwork, and adapting to varying duties across the landscape and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment for mowing turf areas.
• Water and fertilize turf areas and planting beds.
• Grade soil, lay sod, and plant vegetation as needed.
• Assist with cultivation and maintenance of turf areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and renovation tasks.
• Support irrigation maintenance and basic system repairs.
• Move soil, debris, and materials with loaders; assist with equipment servicing.
• Provide support on special projects and housekeeping duties in the maintenance facility.
• Report abnormalities such as damage, disease, insects, or debris.

Job description

Position

Landscaper – Naples Grande Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment for mowing specified resort ground turf areas.
• Water and fertilize turf areas and planting beds.
• Grade and prepare soil plant beds, lay sod, and plant vegetative material.
• Assist in cultivation practices for all turf areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and/or renovation duties.
• Conduct labor tasks including sting trimming, edging, pruning, top‑dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage work.
• Support irrigation maintenance: trim irrigation heads and valves, repair PVC pipe, level heads, and perform minor electrical tasks.
• Operate mechanical loaders to move soil, debris, and other materials.
• Assist the mechanic with lubrication and minor service repairs on equipment.
• Participate as support staff on special projects.
• Report all abnormalities in resort landscaping such as damage, disease, insects, or debris.
• Support other departments as needed and when opportunities arise.
• Assist in all housekeeping duties of the maintenance facility.
