Job summary

A leading landscaping company is seeking experienced Crew Leaders in Naples, Florida. You will supervise crew activities in the Enhancement division, ensuring safety and efficiency at all job sites. Responsibilities include managing crew members, performing inspections, and coordinating with management and customers. Candidates with experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are desired. Competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and 401k matching are offered.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew providing landscaping installation services.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew.
• Ensure crew members have safety material, training, and tools.
• Coordinate with branch management and customers as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs.
