You will manage onsite operations from pre-construction through turnover, coordinate field teams and trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and on-budget delivery within schedule milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of superintendent experience with garden-style multifamily experience required.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar ground-up developments.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, sequencing, MEP systems, and luxury finishes.
• Leadership mindset that motivates teams and drives results.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and at exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-building garden-style communities.
