Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent for a premier luxury multifamily project in the Orlando area. You will supervise ground-up Class A developments and coordinate subcontractors to uphold luxury standards.

With 5+ years of multifamily experience and a strong general contractor background, you’ll join a renowned Florida developer with pathways to Lead Superintendent and Project Management roles as projects progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily construction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience supporting ground-up Class A or luxury multifamily developments.
• Knowledge of Type V wood-frame construction and large garden-style apartment communities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, quality control, safety, inspections, and daily field operations.
• Familiarity with luxury residential finishes, clubhouse construction, resort-style amenities, pools, and outdoor community spaces.
• Experience utilizing Procore or comparable construction management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Orlando area.
