Job summary

A luxury construction company in Miami seeks a Superintendent to lead residential projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in general contracting, particularly in luxury home builds. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with project management tools like Procore. Applicants must be based in South Florida and available for diverse project schedules, including night and weekend work.

Qualifications

• A minimum 5 years of GC superintendent experience.
• Must have ground-up luxury home build experience.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Applicants must live in South Florida and be willing to commute to job sites across Miami-Dade/Broward/Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team through communication and planning.
• Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
• Manage logistics for the job site including deliveries and safety.
• Use Procore to manage all aspects of the project.
• Establish and maintain a safe worksite.
