Leoforce is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and coordinate projects for luxury/custom homes. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and subs, and ensure work meets schedule and profitability targets on high-end builds.

The role requires 7+ years of GC superintendent experience on ground-up luxury projects, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality finishes and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects.
• Excellent communication/leadership skills with ability to successfully manage teams and high-end finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, client/sub/vendor relationships/coordination, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable.
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs/drawings, budgets, jobsite safety/codes, and scheduling.
