The role requires at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, exceptional leadership, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in custom home construction.
• Strong strategic planning, leadership and critical thinking needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of custom home projects.
• Develop and implement project plans with defined scope and deadlines.
• Manage budgets, cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
