Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap, while upholding Coach Service standards and operational accuracy. You will mentor cashiers, process returns, and ensure clean, organized work areas in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Prior cashier or retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency are required, with flexibility for varied scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
