Blue Origin is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer for the Lunar Cross Program Integration team.

You will lead the integration and technical oversight of BE-7 propulsion hardware across multiple lunar landers, shaping content for SOWs and coordinating with NASA and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with design standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field.
• 10+ years of experience integrating complex hardware components across multiple space vehicles and platforms, particularly propulsion systems.
• Experience in spacecraft development and/or testing.
• Ability to coordinate across collaborators and experts from different engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills to lead integration meetings and drive progress.
• Ability to build trust and foster inclusion.
• Knowledge of technical performance parameters and risk management for propulsion systems.
• Ability to evaluate engine analyses and designs against requirements.
• Proven track record coordinating with NASA and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure BE-7 hardware and related components are integrated across lunar landers.
• Define technical content for BE-7 Statements of Work (SOW).
• Own BE-7 integration forum across Lunar and program-specific forums.
• Drive top issues to closure with bias for action; reflect Engines top issues in Program top issues.
• Own program-level Engines risks; elevate decisions to the HLS board as needed.
• Manage Engines TPMs and V&V approaches with SDC.
• Coordinate with NASA Insight team for responses and visibility.
• Maintain IMS with PPC and ensure design standards compliance.
