Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Systems Engineer for the Lunar Cross Program Integration team to lead BE-7 propulsion integration across lunar landers. You will shape technical content, manage TPMs, and coordinate with NASA and cross-functional teams to meet design standards.

You will own Interface Documents, drive issue resolution, and ensure timely delivery within the IMS, balancing technical rigor with program schedules while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
• 10+ years experience integrating complex hardware across multiple space vehicles.
• Experience in spacecraft development and/or testing.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership to drive integration meetings and issue resolution.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure BE-7 hardware and related components are integrated across lunar landers.
• Define technical content for BE-7 Statements of Work (SOW).
• Own BE-7 integration forum across Lunar and program-specific forums as needed.
• Drive top issues to closure with bias for action; reflect Engines top issues in Program top issues.
• Own program-level Engines risks and elevate decisions to the HLS board as needed.
• Manage Engines TPMs and HLS performance requirements.
• Coordinate with SDC and NASA for verification and validation approaches.
• Manage engine delivery dates and IMS alignment with PPC.
• Travel up to 25% to support coordination with NASA and partners.
